i am such a geek

I know, I know... this is just such a geeky thing to do... but goshdarnit, OS X just looks so much cooler than Windows XP.

Here's the skinny: The window decorations, fonts, widgets, and desktop icons are courtesy of Iceman's wonderful Jaguar visual style for Windows XP [link] . It's without a doubt the most faithful representation of the OS X interface I've ever seen.

WinAmp3 skin is QuickAMP2 by Seth Henry [link] .

That program running is The Gimp [link] , showing a screenshot of me and :deviantswanjun: wearing coathangers on our heads, webcamming from opposite sides of the continent. Shadows provided by Y'z Shadow [link] .

Wallpaper is mine; I took the photo on a hike. It's an indian paintbrush.

And the dock... ahhhh, the dock... is Y'z Dock [link] , made by M Yamaguchi, the creator of Y'z Shadow. Icons on the dock are a set of KDE icons, and I can't for the life of me remember who ported them from OS X. Well, maybe I'll update this when I find out. Until then, I apologize for not giving due credit, whoever you are ^_^
